And So it Begins


So I'm going to start this Blog thingy today! I have put all of this off for far to long now.




I want to be Healthy! let me break that down a little bit ...


I want to be a healthy weight, have some tone, make better food choices and like my body for once in my life.

The 3 Main categorizes to help me get to final goals
  1. Exercise
  2. Diet
  3. Lifestyle
I will also post photos and stats to help me measure my goals.

Random Goals in no order
  • Lose 10 pounds by July 1st
  • Be at 164 ibs
  • be at 155 ibs
  • someday maybe get to 145 ibs
  • be able to maintain above weights for months or years!
  • minimize arm jiggle
  • be able to lift the cats in there box without it being overwhelming
  • help people move any large furniture as well as the guys, or at least not have to say it's to much for me
  • be able to walk up hills and stairs without puffing
  • be able to recover faster when winded
  • Jog
  • be able to sit cross legged for long time
  • have my core and back happy
  • have less joint problems
  • just overall better flexibility
  • be able to jump rope again
Today I will start by cleaning the house and doing the Wii fit for 30-60 mins tonight.

Small steps = higher rate of working!
